Thank you for your interest towards in-person shopping at our showroom! We are open for appointments on select Monday and Friday afternoons. There is a refundable $50 deposit required to secure your slot.

Please carefully read the guidelines below before booking:

• Your deposit will credited towards your purchase.
• Should you choose not to purchase anything at the end of your appointment, the deposit will be returned to you.
• Failure to show or cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email customercare@allinaliu.com and we will assist you.
• Please email us if you are running late. There is a grace period of 10 minutes after your start time (but note that we will not extend your session past your selected time slot if you are late).
• You will have one hour (60 minutes) to shop at the start of your selected appointment time.
• Appointments will not be extended past the 1-hour time limit. If you are running behind, your appointment will still conclude at the end of your selected time.
• There is no limit for the amount of pieces you may try on. To help avoid wait times though, please specify the style(s) you are interested in trying on when prompted during the booking process.
• You may bring a maximum of one guest, any one else will be asked to wait in the lobby.
• Your selected time slot is for you (and your guest) alone, no other appointments will be accepted during your time.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to conduct themselves in a respectful manner.

How to book a time:

1. Click "Schedule Your Time" on this page (please note that the only days with availability are on select Mondays and Fridays. The dates that have availability will be represented in black text. The dates in grey are not available).
2. Select your desired day and appointment time slot.
3. Click "Book Now".
4. Answer the 2 required questions to help us best prepare for your arrival. This ensures less waiting and a more seamless experience. If you don't know what style(s) you'd like to try, please input N/A.
5. Click "Book Now".
6. Select "Appointment Deposit" (please note that your deposit is refundable should you choose not to purchase anything), click "Book Now".
7. Checkout as you normally would.
8. Make sure you receive 2 confirmation emails- The first email is for your order confirmation and the second email will contain booking details and how to find the studio.
9. If you didn't receive any emails, first check your spam folder. If there are still no emails after 1 hour, please reach out to customercare@allinaliu.com for assistance.
